Ceol na Mara

Self-catering accommodation right on the beach

You've discovered Paternoster - a paradise of miles of deserted white sand beach, spectacular sunsets, some of the best seafood on the West Coast, spring flowers, and the Cape Columbine nature reserve.

Paternoster remains a friendly working fishing village. In season, buy your crayfish from the local fisherman fresh off the boat. At any time of year, you can dine in one of the excellent restaurants. Sea kayaking, fishing, bird watching, golf, windsurfing and horse riding are all available nearby. Relaxation comes easily, leaving is the hardest part!

And right on the beach is our house, Ceol na Mara - Irish for Music of the Waves - and its adjoining flatlet - Ceoleen (Little Music). We've made sure that both properties are fully equipped, including hair driers, Hi-Fi and TV/DStv. Heating is by the cosy wood burning stove and electric panels. Hand towels, bath sheets and bedlinen are provided.

Please browse through our site to find out more details about Ceol na Mara and Ceoleen and marvel at the beautiful pictures in the Gallery.  All pictures on the website have been taken by the owners of the accommodation and the local area.  Bookings can be made directly from here and you can also check rates and availability.  We have tried to cover most of the FAQs but should your query not be answered then please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Welcome to paradise...
